Car hire airport pick up 12 July 20 days

Car hire rates are a lot higher this year, as the hire companies didn't refresh their fleets due to Covid and also they would appear to be trying to recover significant losses from the past 2 years. I use Centauro, who are not the cheapest, but fairly priced and decent customer services. I've also happily used Leasys - however, I would recommend (as would many others) to steer clear of Goldcar & Interrent.

Golf in Spain is generally a little more pricey that the UK. At El Valle they used to allow people renting holiday homes the residents' discount, but I'm not sure that is offered anymore - you could enquire with the person / company you are renting from or email the golf shop (via www.gnkgolf.com/campos/elvalle). El Valle also offers a lower 'Twilight' rate for rounds starting after 3pm (I think) and it is slightly cheaper (€3 per person per round, I think) to book online instead of in person. Also look at brokers such as www.leadingcourses.com as they often have deals.

In my opinion, El Valle is one of the best courses in the area, but you could also try La Torre, Hacienda Requelme and Hacienda del Alamo, which are all close by - or, of course La Manga (if you are prepared to pay a lot of money!)
