Looking to buy an apartment in El Valle 😁

Some honest advice I can give you is before you buy do your research. El Valle is a lovely golfing resort but remember you're not close to any facilities, if you want a town for banks supermarkets, markets, choice of restaurants etc. you have about a 20 min drive into San Javier, if you don't mind that and it's the place for you then good luck with your purchase but if I was you don't go in blinkered as there are other golfing resorts which have far better facilities on the door step which I personally would consider before you make your choice. El valle is beautiful, the downside if you have children, is there is not much for them to do on here, last Torre has much more going on with an up and running hotel with indoor pool and spa, lots of activities for children throughout the year. 

Also why don't you have a look at Las Terrazas de la Torre, I bought a rental apartment there 4 weeks ago it is just a 10 minute drive down to San Javea

Mar menor also has a hotel and lots for children to do.

Did you buy a property after?  I was on the site last year, beautiful site and really friendly place.  The only thing I would say is be careful when buying a property, I loved the site so much I decided to buy one of the villas.  Unfortuantely I didn't get the villa and lost my money so get as many recommendation from people before you buy, don't make the mistake I made.
