Mosa trajectum resort or Banos Y Mendingo

Mosa is a lovely place great community and very Tranquil we love it  !! Nothing much here at present only a community Bar in the Park run by Two Lovely Dutch Ladies Jannie & Marijke and a lot of people visit  the bar from Elle Valle 

hi thank you for your reply very much appreciated, in considering buying a villa there and I was just wondering if it would be a good investment for the future, also I love the sound of a community based environment as at first it would be a holiday home till we can retire from the rat race.

do you live there or visited on holidays ?

Yes well now is the time to buy as we are eagerly awaiting the outcome of new investors ,we just have to be patient & hopefully then the place will be great it will happen eventually ,we have Spanish,Dutch and English residents and other nationalities  also the security which is good .we have lived here for 3 years with no regrets at all ,all our visitors go away having thoroughly enjoyed their chilled out holiday both Young and old and come back every year.Last summer there were no Villa's available to rent as they get booked up very quickly .
