Personal Golf Buggies at El Valle

Dear El Valle neighbors
My partner and I have just purchased a villa and will be moving to El Valle next year. It has occurred to me to ask whether El V allows residents to own and use personal golf buggies on the course and around the resort ?
I don't seem to have seen any so I suspect they are not permitted !!
