This is maybe a daft question. When we got our alarm system set up by Securitas direct we were asked to have access to a Spanish number. We don't live in Spain permanently. Anyhoo hubby put sim into phone and then was asked for the PIN number. Cannot find that anywhere on the card the sim came in. I always thought you just set your own PIN but maybe this is different, Any help would be appreciated. TIA

As you say normally there is a pin number for the cards network then you have your own personal pin.
Most sim card network pins are normally a simple 1234 or maybe 0000 where did you buy the card and what network?

Thank you so much. Will try that.Got it from Vodafone shop in Nueva Condimena. We are back in the UK.
