Car plate transfer

Any suggestions about someone who can do the transfer of our vehicle into Spanish plates?

I enquired at [email protected] following recommendations via this forum.
They appear to offer to complete all the required actions - IVT (MOT), road tax, spanish registration certificate and new number plates. You also need to realign or, in some cases, replace your headlights.
However, you also have to pay an import duty, which I think is 15% of the car's current value - and for me the total cost was more than I wanted to pay, so I plan to sell my car in the UK and then buy a replacement in Spain when I move there.
