Hello

Yes you are allowed to travel from Alicante airport to Murcia.

As long as you have a residency card you wont have a problem.

Airline wont let you board plane without resident card.

Do you not have someone in Fortuna to help you

So sorry to read of your dilemma. One possible solution is to contact the Spanish Embassy in London for help.

We have found out that if you have applied for your TIE and are awaiting your card you can board a flight out of the UK as long as you have the receipt for your application. Hope that helps.

Sorry Simon, this is not true. You must have a Green Card or a T.I.E. to travel back to Spain.

There is a narrow 6 day window from today to travel if you can produce "officially confirmed written proof" that you have applied for T.I.E.

We all hope this will change and become more flexible, so do not give up hope!

I must be mistaken ? I was only going off the fact I flew back doing exactly that. I was only going on this letter from the Spanish Embassy in London.

Heres a link to the letter,

Released 3rd January.
