So sorry you have been burgled no-one has really answered you have they? Is there a manager on your site? do you know any of your neighbours who live there permanently? Google the local police and ask for an English speaker then report your problem, explaining that you are not allowed to travel at the moment due restrictions. I do know that the Spanish police have a dedicated number for you to ring to get an English speaker, you will need to Google this as I have mislaid it. Good luck.
