Their flight booking website says 'No flights between November 2nd & December 18th'

No reason given.

Hi I have booked for 16th until 21st. I rang them and they said the dates are not available as flights full. They assured me flights were going but I have a feeling they will cancel and I'm in two minds whether to bite the bullet and book ryanair from Alicante as easy jet have previously cancelled a few of our flights to and from corvera with just 14 days notice. I have emailed EJ as well but not had a response yet.

There are similar risks with Ryanair - our flight Leeds-Alicante due 6th October was moved the previous week to the 5th. To be fair there was room to socially distance once the cabin door closed, and it landed early.

If you book with Ryanair, be prepared to take vouchers if they cancel the flight.... during lockdown, they cancelled two of our flights. I asked for a refund in both cases and we are still waiting for our money! 6 months later!

If you paid with a credit card start a chargeback with your card company.

Quoting goods & services not supplied.

I have done about 4 with Ryanair.

That is in the pipeline Roland but they say they have a backlog of about 16 weeks! 🙄

I suppose I just have to be patient but I’m not a happy chappie!

At least EJ refund within 7 days so can't fault them there

Wow! That’s impressive!
RA gave me the choice of vouchers or refund, acknowledged my choice, and then 6 months later reminded me to use my vouchers before April 2021!

🙄 I despair.

A chargeback with your CC company should not be taking 16 weeks !!

Some credit card companies do it within days.

Suppose it depends on which CC company you are using.
