Hello everybody,
My husband (62) and myself (almost 60) and dog are planning to move to Spain permanently. We are a dutch couple and have been coming to Spain most of our lives. We are more familiar with the area around Busot. We like the Fortuna area also. Are there any areas you recommend? Or a trustworthy reactor? We are excited to start a new life and meet new friends.

Hi Karin,
Fortuna is a nice town. You have everything you need in the main town. 15 minutes into Murcia, and 45 minutes to the coast. Area depends on what you are looking for? There are a few urbanisations around Fortuna, we live just outside town in the campo. Like other area's, there have been burglars operating in the area. But you will need to speak to your potential neighbours what it's like.
