Thinking about moving to Spain

Hola. I’m Glynis. My husband and I are seriously thinking about moving to Spain next year or 2022. We are considering the Fortuna area. I’m retired but my husband will need to find work. He is a carpenter by trade but is very experienced in the world of construction having been a site / project manager for many years. Would he be able to find work?
Is Fortuna a good area to live? Would our budget of £120,000 find us a good property?
I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks.
