Hello, does anyone have information on the properties in this urbanization? There seem to be a lot of places for sale. Having read one of the other discussions I wonder if there is a general problem legally or technically here.

Any advice appreciated as I am due to view a couple of places tomorrow Tuesday.

Any comments on what it is like to live in this area would also be very useful - good community? Lots of activities?

Hi,

There has been legal issues with properties on Kalendas, how many not sure. If your going there speak to the locals there a good bunch and will give you a better idea of the problems. Also in the past there has been issues with the quality of a large number of buildings, again speak to the people who live there.

Good luck in your search hope all works out on Kalendas.

Sorry I cannot comment on the houses in the urbanisation, but I brought a house nearby in Fortuna Nov 18. Location is ideal for us and enough shops and bars/ restaurants to choose from. 2 restaurants on urbanisation and Tina's bar just outside urbanisation. Spa baths are also very close by and Murcia city 20 minutes away. Alicante and Covera airports within 50 minutes. We have also had good experiences with all town hall enquiries. Alot quieter compared to some urbanisations, but depends on what your priorities are? Hope all goes well for you.
