24 hour care Fortuna area

My elderly mother is currently in hospital in Murcia and the hospital are reluctant to let her partner take her home unless there is 24 hour care. Her partner is 74 and is not coping well. Their home is not suitable for a live in carer and is quite remote. Does anyone know of local residential care faclities in the Fortuna area.
