We used Sanitas (part of the BUPA group) and pay approx. £1,200 pa for two people (aged 51 & 49, no pre-existing conditions).

I have also seen DKV being recommended.

It's worth shopping around, as we had quotes as high as £6,000 pa.

We 68 & 76 are with DKV since 2018 (started at 280,00).....no pre-existing conditions paying NOW 350,00/monthly + 150,00 a year for dental

We used Salus this year to get our NLV, €1100 for the two of us. Both 50 and no health issues.
