Home care and advice needed

I am looking for some help or information on obtaining care/housekeeping services in the Fortuna area for my mother and her partner who have been living there for the last 15 years.  My mother is in her 90s and has recently been diagnosed with cancer.  She has been sent home from hospital and while her partner is just about coping, they are likely to need some help care/housekeeping while they wait for test results and to see if there are any treatment options.  She is unfit to travel and so cannot be repatriated to the UK. I would be grateful to receive help or advice on how to find this type of care and also advice on how best to get hold of mobility/disability aids and other such supplies (are there shops for this in the area or can the local clinic/doctor advise?)  I do not speak any Spanish and my mother and her partner speak very little so I am really struggling.  I am due to visit again soon and would like to sort out as much as possible for them.  Any help or advice would be fantastic.
