I am looking for recomendations please for a solicitor to draw up my husband and my will. Fortuna area and preferrably english speaking, thank you.

Don't use a solicitor, it's needless and expensive. Find a notary near you as the solicitor charges you for drawing up(writing it) but then it has to be notarised anyway to make it legal and registered. We used an English speaking notary who was well recommended in Almoradi from recommendations on sister Costa Blanca website and paid €57 each. Highly satisfied everything done by email incl sending us draft wills, then just one visit to sign. If you can visit him I can give you his details or find one local.

We completed ours in August and used local solicitor in Fortuna. John sorted everything on our behalf. €150 each, so more expensive than doing the ground work yourself. [email protected]
