Aqualia in Fortuna: How to make contact

After many years of satisfactory service, I have a continuing problem with the water supply to my house in Fortuna; caused mainly I believe, by unsatisfactory direct debit arrangements between Aqualia and Caixa my bank. I realise that the best way to resolve this problem would be to visit the Aqualia office in Fortuna; but unfortunately, I doubt that my spoken Spanish is hardly adequate for the job, so the best alternative would be to communicate with them by email say. Can anyone give me an email address for Aqualia (in Fortuna or wherever) please?
