Buying an apartment soon.

Hi everyone, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I am coming out in a few weeks and will be staying in Hacienda del Alamo and looking to buy a holiday apartment. Can someone let me know roughly how much the community fees are for a ground floor 2 bed apartment in los olives. Also are the pools open all year round? If not, could someone point me in the direction of a development where the pools are open all year as I love winter swimming.
also, there seems to be a lot available to buy on HDA, is this because there are new builds popping up?

Hi we live in Los Olivos and have a two bed first floor apartment. Our community fees are 172€ per month. The four swimming pools are open the year around. If you want I can put you onto the English agents that helped us buy here and are now our friends. We live here all year and love it

Hi there, thank you so much for your info, it is really helpful. A lady from an office on the development called Karine has got in touch with me and I am going to meet up with her when I come over.
