Recently there has been two cases of people being fined for breaching lockdown rules. One was a man from Madrid who drove to Puerto de Mazarron to his property without good reason got taken to court and fined 1500 euros. Another was a man fishing from the shore in Torrieveja, he had been told twice on separate days so third time fined 1000 euros plus a further 200 euris for getting mouthy with the police.

I seem to recall my son had to register change of ownership and, when the mare had a goal, register the new born.
