Hi there
Could anyone help please. We have just arrived on HR. We have bought a new smart Tv and followed the TV instructions for set up but have not received any British TV channels ie BBC etc. Are we able to receive these channels through the antenna in the apartment? Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

You need internet for uk TV using ur Smart TV
Hi Chrissy, thanks for responding, we have the internet but just seem to pick up American and Spanish channels. Is it possible to get British channels as well?

I think you have to subscribe to a provider...we use an App on the smart tv... look at Superior TV

you need to install a DNS on your router. This disguises your location and lets you pretend to be in the UK. Have a look at SmartDNS or SmartyDNS. there is a small subscription, but way cheaper than a Sky sub.

We are on hr and get all UK tv on our smart tv go and speak to resortalia you may need a to z out they sorted ours these channels are in with your communal fees
