Silly question but have you changed the battery in the remote ??

What make is the garage door opener ??

Thanks for the reply. That's my next move. The light still shows when I press the buttons but the battery could be too low to function.

There are many shops that sell theses in Murcia city, but a better option (which I would choose)to buy from Amazon es they have them for as little as 2,79 euro.

We had issues with our Garage Door on Hacienda it was just the Battery with ours.A shop Dos Mares  changed Battery but charged about €11 so look about or order if you can as above off Amazon.If it's not Battery at fault hacienda office advised us of the unit who provided us with Key on the industrial estate near Cartagena.

That was where I bought it some years ago. Do you happen to remember the address or name of the shop near Cartagena?

My guess is that the unit may need recalibrating as the battery is flat.

Hi Cliff, If the fob still needs recalibrating after a new battery security will do that for you, at the gate.

Otherwise the address for the replacement which is 30euros is Chip Digital, Calle Bratislava 69, Cartegena. Telephone 968 123 912. It's on the big industrial/shopping centre.

You will need to know the 'herb' name of your block and it comes ready set up to your garage (they digitally do that) the shop does shut for a few hours in the afternoon, but that can be checked online on their website.

Hi there, we got one at dos mares it’s called Mr minit ( it’s a shoe repair etc) take in your original  electric key you can buy one there and the set it up for you .
