Hi, I will be coming to look at property in May in the Costa Calida area and wondered about the golf resorts. There seem to be well priced properties but I've heard that the monthly fees can be very high. Could anyone share their experiences?

we have a 2 bed detached villa with pool on a large plot our fees are around 90€ monthly ...just had a reduction...IBI (council tax ) is 350€ a year compared to the 2K we paid in uk!
We have a 2 bed apartment too...fees are 49€ monthly

Our apartment is on the Boulevard....very good price and very spacious.....IBI is about 300 a year ...we just use it for rentals and friends and family.

its on the perimeter of the Mar Menor Golf...right outside the gate..if you look at a map the apartments are La Goleta..the area is known as El Boulevard there are bars restaurants, bank and shops on the ground floor with three floors of apartments above. Ours is facing the golf course with great views...you can have a look here on our website for an idea of what its like..
