Insurance inside / outside appartment on Hacienda Riquelme

Hello to you all,

We are in the process of purchasing an appartment on Hacienda Riquelme , and we wanna know about insurances …The insurance for the outside of the building is included in the Community fee (?) but do you need to insure it yourself as well for your own walls for example  ?

And in case of eventually , we are not sure about that yet , renting out , which insurance for the inside ( and outside ) of the appartment will deal with damage costs due to tenants ?
