Sorry if it's been asked before. We have selected a potential apartment on Hacienda Requelme and we know the community fee already from the agent. They do not know what the standing charge would be though for the utilities when apartment is not in use. The apartment is 70sm as I understand standing charges can vary depending on size of apartment. We would like to know standing charge for gas, water and electric if anyone can help so we can work out our total monthly costs. Thanks.

With no usage electric is around 50€ a month....water 70€ a quarter but may include basura.
You will also have community fees, wifi/internet insurance and IBI we reckon on around 200€ a month for everything.
EDP Electricity just under €20
Electricity Iberdrolla just under €35
Emusa water just over €35
Bank Sabadell charge €40
Council Tax Yearly approx €120
Community Fees Quarter €386
Non Resident Tax possibly €240
These are Roughly when we not using Apartment.

These are Roughly when we not using Apartment.
Thanks, we got told council tax was approx 350 so I presume that includes the non resident part? Am I right in thinking gas standing charge is only small, maybe 10 euro a month?

council tax and non resident tax very different and separate

Hi the examples I have given are Standard Chargers when I have checked through Bank Account recently as we were last at Apartment since beginning of August 2020.It obviously does increase after we have been there but wouldnt say it was vast amount that also depends if family are with us or if it's just me and my husband.Good Luck with your Purchase and Hopefully will be able to re visit.

Yes we purchased our Apartment on Hacienda on Atlantico in July 2017.Having rented on 3 occasions for our Summer Holidays.Lovely friendly Complex. Sucina very friendly nice atmosphere and lively up in Village in Summer months.
