The used car market in Spain is smaller and different to the UK. There are two main reasons for this - firstly, company cars are rare in Spain, so there are less ex- company cars into the used car market; and, secondly, there is a tax to be paid by the seller when selling a used car, so many families hand cars down until they are run into the ground. This means there are expensive fairly new cars and very cheap, old, high-mileage cars, with not much in between!
www.coches.net is the Spanish equivalent of Autotrader, so is a good place to start. Also note that cars are advertised with 'cash' prices and 'finance' prices - but the finance prices appear lower, because they don't take into account the cost of the finance (nuts!).
Hope this helps!
