How to pay IVTM

Hi,
Can anyone advise how we pay the car IVTM tax?
We registered our uk car to Spanish plates in 2019 but have never received notice to pay this tax ( I’m assuming something should have been sent to our Spanish address) .
I have sent an email to ‘[email protected]’ ( in English & Spanish) asking if we just need to pop into their office in Isla plana but their response was for us to call them , but we don’t speak Spanish 🙃
can anyone advise how we pay this tax?
