Always best to set up a direct debit, it might be difficult to get your Bank to do it over the phone from the UK as you really need the paperwork.Probably best to wait until you there and pay the fine, it shouldn't be much.

I always pay it on-line, it's quite easy. See attached photo - choose 'payment of receipts', all the details required are on your bill, at the end you can print out a receipt. Hope this helps

If its your first you normally have to pay direct in Cartegena . After that you can set up a Direct Debit
