My husband are looking to rent or buy a property in the new year , has anybody been able to rent a property for a year with dogs ?
Or should we just buy , it would be nice to try before we buy

Take your time to find the right: area, house, appartment,
Rent first and make yourself familar with the aera.......drive around. Make a wish list what is a no go and what is a must. The most important point: Give yourself a budget. Xyz for ready to move in and 123 for all alterations you would like if it is the right spot.....
And remember what ever your age is you will not get younger.......
It could be that you will find a bargin / to good to be true: Why is it this way? What is hidden we cannot see?
