Hi has anyone got flexa tv as we have had it installed but cannot get tv channels, we went to query it and they saying it's not compatible with Samsung or L G. tvs .our tv is Toshiba. Surely they should ask what tv you have if its not compatible with certain ones ?

I have Samsung smart TVs which have various IPTV apps installed , however none are compatible with the system Flexa use, this is obviously understandable as there are so many different apps. Like in the uk you would need a decoder box for different suppliers, ie Sky, Talk Talk, Flexa will obviously supply a decoder at cost or you could purchase one compatible with there system.

We use Pzaz (was TVmucho) and it is a nightmare with our LG using the web browser. It works fine with an iPad, and also with an android box. Smart tv web browsers have small memories, and need rebooting after a few hours, also rebooting the router.

We have had Flexa for around 4 years. Our TV set is an unbranded set and the brand of TV was never mentioned when we had Flexa installed. Have you had the digibox supplied along with the router? If not that is why you cannot receive the tv channels as the digibox picks up the channels from the Internet. It should not make any difference what type of TV that you have.

If you need the whatsapp number for Flexa I have it, and you can chat to an advisor on there.

If this helps please click the thumbs up button.

Hi no we haven't got a digital box, the girl at dos mares says we have to download app as it's smart tv but app will only download on certain tv's she said we could download on a computer and watch tv through the computer😱 the language barrier doesn't help admittedly but customer service is shocking, was previously with a2z, custo.er service was amazing but unfortunately they don't serve the area we live now

If you have a satellite dish an English free view box we will work.

Expat prime tv is an option about 9.99 euros a month .

Or use your firestick and subscribe to a vpn and you can get I player etc

Or buy a firestick and get itpv apps on that if you have them already on TV but won't work on that brand of TV

We have our Internet and TV through Flexa and found them very good.  We have their router and their TV box and we also have a new LG smart television and have had no problems so far.  WE are in San Pedro and arranged through that office and their engineers spoke very good English.
