Buying property in La Tercia

Nice village but well out very cheap due to the above but def a place to look at with a budget

There are a couple of bars in LaTercia. Sucina and Balsicas have some decent choices and are within short drives from La Tercia. I have a place on the United golf resort next door to La Tercia and have had for a while, I can say that although when the financial crash happened I struggled with the termination of many commercial projects in the area, I now really love the peace and quiet that this brings. It's a great area to buy in with the beaches airport and Mucia within an easy 30 minute drive. Good luck if you decide to take the plunge.

I have a house in la tercia lovely little village some very friendly people live there nice & peaceful only 20 minutes drive to get anywhere lovely place

Is there a bus service in and around La Tercia, Going to the airport or coast ?

Due to Covid I havnt been out to La Tercia for over a year, but I can tell you it's a friendly site with a good mix of British, Scandinavian and a few spanish folk on site.

A bar is run by residents on site which through social media I can see is still functioning. It's about a twenty minute walk to the local village where theres a couple of bars a spar shop, bakery etc.

If you want a peaceful well maintained site but a short car drive from everything then it's for you, but if you like everything on your doorstep and lots of night life it's not for you I would say . . Good luck either way
