Hi all, myself and my husband are due to come out to Spain looking for a property to purchase, can anyone tell me why we should buy on United golf, the prices are so good we know the golf course is not being used atm but this doesn’t bother us, would love to hear from you guys who live or just holiday there.

Thanks in advance

Why not take a look at La Tercia Village (Gea y Truyols) as well as this has far more facilities and a lovely atmosphere.  United Golf La Tercia has areas that are very run down and that's one of the reasons they properties are not expensive.

Hi,myself and my wife have recently bought two properties on united golf resort golf, and we are delighted with our apartments. The build quality is excellent and they are fantastic value for money. The community is really friendly and the bar the Meeting place is a really good way of getting to know people and about the area. We have had properties within the area and UGR is a great base, only 20 mins to the airport and 20 mins to the nearest beach. You will need a car.We say go for it they aren’t going to get any cheaper. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Yes there is a fee quarterly but for that the place is kept tidy ,the gardens are lovely the 8 fab pools are cleaned regularly whether it’s summer or winter.obviously there are small niggles about UGR but all in all an excellent site.

We live in La Tercia village and have done only since last year. We love it .There is everything we need in the village plus only a few mins drive for the motorway ,20 mins to the beach and Airport .Everyone is very friendly the English and Spanish residents all mix together. We have friends that live on United Golf Resort. They are very happy there.

Be very careful buying on a golf development ,You will almost certainly have to pay monthly fees which i n some cases arent explained when you purchase until you receive a bill . I know a person that bought on a golf course and his monthly payment was 400 euros that was besides the mortgage payment if you are having a mortgage . You may not mind this however I think you should be warned.

Hi all, I’ve just joined the forum and my question is regarding the community charge for the year. The price for the apartment seams reasonable but I don’t want to end up paying 4000 + euros a year. Can anyone tell me the actual cost?

Buenos Dias
