Property wanted to buy: La Tercia or Camposol where to buy

Hi all and hello from lockdown Scotland, we are considering buying in the are currently between the two listed in the title but unsure regarding ongoing monthly community fees. I know that Camposol doesn’t have any apart from the local community charges for bins etc. I do prefer the idea of only being 20 min drive to Loa Alcazares (from La Tercia) as we have been before and enjoyed the area but which is the better value/community. Is there any chance of La Tercia becoming any more expensive due to vacant apartments or is what I would be paying be more or less my portion of the complex fees for the foreseeable future. Was meant to coming out to visit (via Los Alcazares) in late June but I’m not sure if that will now take place now.
