Yes, the community fees include basic UK channels and also 30mbs internet service.

Even better news the internet is being upgraded to 50 Mb soon. You do get a wide range of TV channels. However you will only get the main channels in high definition. When setting up your TV in the programmes search you select the cable option. You even get Eurosport. If you want other TV it’s easy to use your Netflix, Amazon Prime etc too. If you email A2Z who operate the internet they can send you a TV channel list. Alternatively join he La Torre FB group as its friendly and helpful. 

Please can I ask how it is possible that you can still receive UK TV channels?  Does your community have a Satellite dish?

I’m not sure how they do it but you get ITV, BBC etc. I have seen a huge dish at the back of the resort. A lot of people pay for IPTV services too to ensure they get the full streaming. Example Sky TV, movies etc. You can easily find suppliers on the FB groups. Mark. 

Is there parking at this resort? Thinking of buying this year and are you allowed to stay longer than 30 days as there are new brexit eu rules?

Yes there is plenty of parking and other facilities. I think the new EU rules state that you can stay up to 90 days. When you rent something you will also probably get private parking. Most villas have a cap port whilst apartments have undergone parking with lift access. There’s also plenty of parking around the site and town. A car is a must though.
