La torre buy an apartment, various designs ?

Hello

We are looking to buy a property at La Torre golf resort but we have some questions.

We noticed there are a lot of different designs or layouts in apartments on La Torre, recently we stumbeled on a design that seems to have 2 big terraces, one in front and 1 in the garden. (ground floor) but we can't seem to find a plan to the apartment.

The Big terrace in the garden is attached to the bedrooms that seem to be at the rear of the property overlooking the pool...never seen anything like it.

We also plan on making an open plan kitchen so i know not every design has the posibility to knock down a wall to do this so if you know what phase we should be looking at???

If anyone would know where to find the various designs for the apartments we'd be very gratefull!
