I purchased a property in La Torre last October and still a bit confused on how many taxes you pay per year. I am aware there is a non resident tax but also been charged Torre Pacheco town hall tax. My Spanish lawyer also charged € 89 + vat for each owner( my partner and I) to submit these. Is this about average ?

Yes to be honest the Spanish like to tax everything and to me it’s work paying your solicitor an annual fee to sort these things so your not over paying
