This is intended to be constructive and helpful and is hopefully received in the same way...
I would strongly advise against ever purchasing a property without seeing it and the surrounding area in person (and I suspect many people will say the same).
Yes, you can view it online, see satellite views of the area, 360' video tours, get advice (as you're rightly trying to do) from people who know the area - but there may be any of a thousand little things that mean a lot to you, but would pass other people by, that might make the difference between you loving your property and constantly wishing you hadn't bought it.
I know many of us are stuck at home, probably haven't been on a proper holiday for a year, the weather in the UK is cold & wet and the days are dark (both literally and emotionally!), but what's the hurry? There are and will be many many properties for sale in this area, prices may fall as Brexit & Covid make it harder for people to visit & buy, so why make such a big decision without actually visiting?
You're quite right in trying to find out as much information about the property, amenities and the area in advance - that's exactly the right thing to do, so you are armed with that extra knowledge when you do come out and see the property 'in the flesh', but please just wait to view it...
Hope this helps!
