Looking for a job: Any jobs for two english speaking 20 year olds

Me and my partner are looking to move to La Torre golf resort and would like to know of jobs like resort security or retail/ hospitality? We are willing to try anything.

Of if anyone knows of how to apply for jobs like these is there another website or forum.

Skills in psychology and sales experience although minimal spanish but willing to learn.
