Property wanted to rent: 2 Bed Apartment in gated community

HI I am looking to eventually retire to a gated community in Spain however as I am a non golf player I don’t want to have to pay for fees that I may not take advantage of.
The security and well maintained resorts are great however.
So, can anyone recommend a gated community (residential) where there is still social activities and things going on where I can meet new people.
I do enjoy the outdoors and cycling so an area where this would be possible.
I am a single chap non golfer with no desire to start…sorry golfers
