Hi, I’m in the early stages of looking into buying a holiday home in the area and was wondering if there are any golf resorts with an active tennis scene, ie social tennis etc . I have looked at la Torre and there are 2 tennis courts and this resort ticks a lot of boxes however I’m sure that I read somewhere that la Terrazas will be getting 5 courts and new sports centre, does anybody have any more info about this? Also if we buy an apartment for around 80k what would we expect to pay for solicitors fees, costs etc on top of the sale price. Last question, is there a big difference between la Torre and la Terrazas regarding fees as I believe you can use the facilities at la Torre as a la Terrazas resident. Sorry to come across as naive but as I said this is early our journey but definitely love this area. Thanks in advance.

There is also Paddle Tennis at La Torre.

I don't believe you can use the facilities at La Torre if you own on La Terrazas other than the bars and restaurants.

To book the tennis/paddle you need a current La Torre wristband and also to access the pools and use other facilities such as table tennis , petanca etc.

Also Terrazas does not have heating in the apartments, whereas La Torre has gas central heating.(a must for winter use).
