Hi it’s Perry just couple of questions? Just put a deposite down on la torre apartment and I haven’t a chance to see the property up close . I have been dealing with Simon Patton and Francisco moñus solicitor. Can you give us some feedback on them. As I never seen them in person.

Got to admit I am amazed that anyone would make a purchase without seeing the property or knowing personally who they are dealing with, but guess that is your choice - good luck!
Simon is a nice guy and works through Murcia Services, so you should be ok.
Sorry, can't vouch for the solicitor, but if he works for the onsite company (L S Solicitors) then I wish you the best of luck. I certainly would not recommend having used them myself!
