It deoends on the size of your property and what facilities it has (e.g. pool, aircon, etc.), so I think it's handy to compare costs to the UK and then you should know what your likely consumption would be.
Electricity is a little more expensive than in the UK and you are unlikely to have gas, so that will be all your energy provision. Aircon can be pricey to use, but, as with anything, it depends how much you use it. You will need some heat in the winter, this could be a wood burner, heat via air con units, electric panel radiators, etc. If you have a pool, then the pump needs to be on a program - say an extra €40 per month. If you have a heated pool then a lot more.
Water bills comparative to the UK. IBI (the equivalent of council tax) is about 20% of the UK cost. Broadband & TV similar to the UK.
Fuel for cars a bit cheaper than the UK, car tax cheaper, but cost of buying cars higher than the UK.
Food similar to the UK, but can be more expensive in the 'on resort' supermarkets compared to supermarkets in towns, etc.; alcoholic drinks a lot cheaper.
As mentioned above, the 'maintenance' fees on a golf resort can be quite high and vary by resort and property, so you should confirm first - estimate would be €100-€200 per month.
When you're buying a property, you need to allow an additional 12-13% on top of the purchase price for your costs (property purchase tax for example is 8% - compared to 1.5% for stamp duty in the UK).
Hope this helps!
