Looking to purchase an apartment in either La Torre or Las Terrazas de la Torre. I'm really looking for info regarding normal monthly outlay for a 2 bed 1 bath unit. I know monthly management fee is approx 100 euros, but wondered what water, electricity cost were.
Has the monthly management fee changed much over the years?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
