Hi,thats probably about right most of the bill is made up of admin charges the actual water you use does not make a lot of difference to the bill and in your case its a bit annoying as your not even there i felt the same before i moved out here permenently, that charge does include the twice weekly rubbish collection its basera on the bill i think not absolutely sure as i have been waiting since july to receive an electronic bill  and also there App doesnt work .pity thereis no one else we can use apart from Aqualia as they leave a lot to be desired!

One day when we retire we will be hoping to be permanent

Right now it would just be great to be able to go for one of our many holidays

We pay approx. 100 euros every 3 months. We're here permanently, just me and hubby. So what you're paying is about right. Usually pay the same when not here. Best to you.

Camposol water bills are every 2 months and they are normally 47 per 2 months, but if you have a larger property with a pool, then its going to be more money obviously. Aqualia have charged everyone more money this time and not even had the decency to explain why the bills are so much more this time round, its like they are putting 2 fingers up to everyone and charging what they want, its disgusting and they wouldn't get away with this treatment in the uk

Chucky.

Aqualia gave everybody a 'payment holiday' for the sewage & rubbish collection earlier this year.

Your bill would have been slightly less than normal at the time.

Now they are wanting the money back it appears !!

They have explained the extra charge, it is in minute small print at the bottom of the first page of your bill.

Translation of the text here................

Once the tax moratorium for the garbage tax has ended, the following will proceed:

The unearned garbage arrears will be invoiced for 6 two-month periods.

The premises that have been granted the reduced quota for closed activity will be billed for trash in arrears in a single time, for an amount of 11.16 euros.

It's about right, water bill is coming every two months, I'm using Hydrogea but it's about the same.

There's meter  hire charge and admin fees. Very small charge adding for one or two cubic metre of water used, the bulk is for the all above this is how it works in Spain.
