We have a Spanish mortgage with Bankia on a property in la Union, with the current situation here in England we are both now not earning any money. Does anyone know if the banks are giving mortgage breaks like they have just announced here in England.

They have, but not everyone, it's only if it's on your main residence and you meet certain criteria. Info here:
