Monthly standing fees

Good afternoon everyone, 

I am interested in purchasing a property within this golfing complex. However I wanted to get an insight as to what the set monthly fees are, just so I am able to plan a budget.

I understand there is a €100 community & €25 broadband fee.Am I correct in thinking that the gas and electricity bill is a pay as you go system? Or is there a standing monthly charge?
