Hi all

I am coming to the resort at the end of June for a week to research with the intention to buy a two bed apartment, could anyone shed some light on the costs per month , year etc.

Many thanks Rick

Hi Rick,

We have just bought as well. I don't know if I can remember all but here are some

90 Euro per month (varies slightly from block to block)for maintenance includes 24x7 security

20-25 Euro for internet

Electricity and water are usage based

Our purchase costs were roughly 8k Euro - taxes, legal tax

Contents insurance 150 Euro per year

Any one else think of what I've missed?

Cheers

Jim

Sorry for the late reply, still trying to make my mind up. I wanted a holiday home come full time retirement so not too sure now.
