Happy New Year to you all,

I have a question and I apologise if it has been asked and answered before but I can’t seem to find any posts.

My wife and I are looking at making a permanent move to Spain in early 2023, subject to the normal entry requirements. We are trying to work our how much it would be approximately per month or year to live in an apartment on Las Terrazas del Torre golf resort. We are going to be purchasing so I don’t need to include that cost and I understand that the monthly service charges vary between €100-€150 a month so I don’t need those either.

I wondered if anybody who lives in a two bedroom apartment there could let me know the rough costs, e.g. telephone, internet, IBI charge, bin charge, gas, electric, water. This would be for the whole year or a monthly breakdown. If there are any other charges that I have missed I would be grateful if someone could flag these as well.

Many thanks in advance

Food and clothing costs we would obviously work out ourselves as well.

Thank you, I have thought about car and house insurance, I have researched them as well to a point, and have also factored in a figure for medical cover as well.

It was more the running costs of a two bedroom apartment I am looking for, as these I can’t research.

Thanks for your reply though much a

Hi

We have a 2 bed in los terrazas roughly for community fees 80 per month but paid quarterly.  I believe  different blocks may differ for monthly fees.  30 electric but we dont live there permanently.  40 per month for water and bins but this goes up depending on water usage. TV and internet  26 per month if you sign up for a year.

Then add on house insurance.

The complex is very well maintained. Security is excellent. The clubhouse was not open in November  and nobody could tell us when it would  be open.

We love it there. We rent a car but friends of ours dont and get a taxi if they want to go to a different  town maybe once or twice a week . I hope this is helpful

Thanks for the response really helpful.

We are looking to bring my recently bought Audi Q4 etron with us when we move.

I understand the difficulties with having the car tested and whatever I am just checking to see if there are any charging points availed yet
