I am looking at property prices at las Terrazas De la torre and they seem to be quite “cheap”...are there any issues within this community that contribute to them being much cheaper than other golf resorts.

I can answer you question here, Terrazas apartment are very good value for money,however the on site facilities are very basic. You do have a spar shop, a cafe bar, good golf course and several communal pools. If you looking for a quiet life and are going to drive , good investment, and security is one of the best.Hope this helps.

Hi and thank you for starting this post.
I’m just moving in. Will come and go from U.K. and need to secure my patio furniture as I’m only there one month on abs one off.
I need to do the same glass curtain that some apartments there have.
Are there any suggestions of reasonable tradesmen or a less expensive alternative?

hello,
I'm coming out to view properties on nov 12th but its really confusing as Polaris world say they have all the bank repos for sale yet theres another 5 agents selling them too??
can anyone advise if theres any rental potential as we are not quite ready to retire so for next few years would be looking to rent out?
your advice appreciated

Many agents have the same properties on the books its quite normal here. As for rental potential you need to be aware as non residents, tax on any income is 24% with no offset expenses….so by the time you pay a management company to handle changeovers, cleaning, meet and greet etc its hardly worth it. You might find a long term tenant but that reduces the flexibility for your own use. Dont rely on rental to supplement your costs.

I would like to cover the community fees so that at least its not costing anything, not after income just to balance the overheads?

Don't forget that you will also need a Tourist License and to meet the paperwork and practical needs that requires. It is all doable, just a process to go through, but one to be aware of.

Thanks so much so doing the maths if I could bring in a clear 2k that’s all I’m after so roughly 6 weeks rental however is there ANY demand
