Welcome to the Las Terrazas del La Torre community.  Am in block 288 .. in Phase II.

There is a block President...not sure who that is for you and there is a Phase I President which is what you are under for bloc 44 😁 and he is Steven Green.. you can contact him on FB and he will let you know who your bloc President is.  Most blocks also have an owners FB group for theor block so yoi can keep up to date with functions which are always great fun and a wau to meet other owners.

The community fees for each block can be different based on number of owners and size of block.  Mine is around €256 every quarter and I have arranged for it to come off as a debit order which is the easiest.

Here is the Las Terrazas del La Torre owners group.. so you can meet other owners and ask any questions.. everyone is helpful 👍

Hope you don’t mind me tagging on to this thread.  Have stayed in Condado with a view to buying. It’s well kept with good facilities except transport.  

The property here seems a bit more affordable and was wondering how residents find it for facilities shops bars etc and is there any bus to get you from A to B
