New member - buying apartment on phase ll

Hi All,

I'm Jim and I thought I'd introduce myself to the forum. My wife and I are in the process of buying in block 286 and hoping to complete sometime in May. We have friends who bought on phase 1 a couple of years back and so we have been out ourselves two or three times and loved it so much we had to buy one ourselves, particularly at the current bank prices. 

Anyway, that's the background, what I'm hoping is maybe some of you might have some advice on things to do, places to visit, restaurants to eat at, good beaches etc. Maybe some good little bits of advice, things to look out for or avoid, that sort of thing

I'm hoping to learn as much as I can, so any help is much appreciated
